Quick to get me in terrible service from start to finish.
Moved in October 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Was assured the flat would be deep cleaned. I asked to view it before I moved in, this was not granted & the flat was not deep or even surface cleaned. I entered the property and found dirty bed sheets, the previous tenants clothes and dirt and scum in numerous places. They then had the audacity to tell me I left the flat needing a clean, which as per their contract “A deep clean is carried out standardly before a new tenant moved in” I cleaned every room and left it how I would have liked to move in - CLEAN They also mentioned this before returning my deposit, insinuating i would not be getting the full amount back. Absolute cheek.
A bathroom tap which soaked the floor- took 6 months to fix. Fault with timer on the boiler took nearly a month to fix during the cold months.
Staff with no idea what they were doing and left the company without passing on information. Lack of communication, appointments made for contractors to attend didn’t show up then came on days not booked. Absolute cowboys, stay well clear.

You should go to the papers and all the governing organisations. They will want to know the seriousness of your story.
They agents use different names in their email and work at a run down cafe (thats their ‘office’) ...
