We tried an estate agent at the beginning when we needed to sell our late father's house unfortunately there was issues that happened, so was unable to go ahead at that time, we didn't find that estate agent helpful at all, they was only interested in adding extra things to the list of things needed adding they had their own people who could do it at the cost of xxxx so we took it off the market for a while.
