Up Estates manage 2 properties of ours and have done so for the past few years. They are always quick to communicate issues with the properties so things get dealt with speedily which keeps our tenants happy. They are always very polite and cheerful which I love as having good relationships with agents is important for me as well as tenants. I would highly recommend Up Estates to anybody looking for a reliable agent to rent or sell their property.
