Where to start?
Our sale would not have happened if it wasn't for Aimee. Her dedication for getting things done, her friendly manner and general approach meant things were always followed up on and we knew exactly where we were each day/week (within reason). Her communication style is 100% what is needed when dealing with a very slow and stressful sale; we weren't sure it was really going to happen until the very last minute! So, I repeat, it would not have happened without her, and she is an asset to the Oakhill team. Thank you Aimee, we will forever be grateful for you.
Next, I want to mention James. Well, he had an easy job didn't he?! :) One viewing and we got the offer...7 months later we exchange. Perhaps. But, from the minute I met with James, I just really liked his character; he was friendly, felt honest and genuine, wasn't pushy, and I felt confident that he would be able to sell our home. I met with many estate agents and I didn't get that vibe so it was very important to me, as I am sure it is for most people selling their home! From offer through to exchange, while Aimee predominantly managed things, James was available to talk if needed; responded promptly to emails and calls. Again, a strong communication style is what you need when dealing with a sale you felt was never going to happen! If it wasn't for James, I wouldn't have signed up to sell with Oakhill and again, he is an asset to the team. A massive thank you to you James for everything, getting this sale over the line. I have already recommended Oakhill to friends in the area and will always speak highly of them, it is certainly not the norm to have such a fab team and service that's for sure! Roll on completion!!

We are sympathetic with the situation, as it was unexpected for the landlord to withdraw from the agreement prior to his signing of the agreement. Upon the exiting tenants moving out of the property, they found that the property was not in a condition where they felt comfortable renting the property as there is a lot of works to be completed.
