One can only describe as being the Worst Estate Agents in Chester.
I have bought and sold many houses over the last 25 years and have never come across such arrigance. This must be the worst estate agents I have ever encountered and the most expensive too.
The Sales pitch sounded fantastic and the Estate Agent who came out valued my house £10,000 more than the other agent who came out, he said this would make up for the cost of the higher fees, so I signed the contract, but once my house went on the market it all went down hill fast. Upfront fees for what? I never even got a brochure. Shoddy pictures, no floor plans. No room sizes on the internet. I was told my house was going to be advertised in the local paper but never has been. I dont even think they do advertise any properties in the local paper so anybody who dosen't have internet access is stuck. After my house being on the market for only 5 weeks they were pushing me to reduce my house, every phone call I had off them they wanted me to reduce. They did not care at all. I ended up taking my house off the market with them and sold my house with Beresford Adams 4 weeks later. I would not recommend this Estate Agent even if it was the only one in Chester.
