All the staff at Parkrow, especially Nic, Tracy and Janet have been excellent and tireless advocates for the unique qualities of the Watermill.
The Watermill is a property which other larger estate agents had difficulty appreciating and so were unable to communicate effectively with the specialist market. This resulted in Parkrow attracting many more viewings and a successful purchaser at the right price.
Everyone within the ParkRow team especially Nic, Tracy and Janet kept me fully informed throughout and were always my advocate during any negotiations.
Thanks again all and I will definitely refer you to anyone wishing to to sell their property quickly, efficiently and at the right price.
