Atrocious service. Poor communication with very slow (sometimes no) responses. Deny all responsibility for the condition a property is left in and argue every point raised so as to avoid fault. As a landlord you will pay a fee every month for Howsy to neglect your property.

Hi Simon,

We are currently in the process of trying to get a property through howsy, (I am a tenant) and they are proving awful. The referencing service etc has been a sham, tenancy was meant to start today and the house is not ready apparently. I do have the landlords name, do you think it is worth us reaching out to him directly? to try and divert around this? As we are all ready to go and it is just getting to the point where we might end up without a house at this rate. Just not sure how the landlord might be feeling on the other end.

Zeus International Ltd, is nothing to do with Howsy other than we stupidly tried to work with them for repair and compliance jobs. Howsy still owe Zeus money for jobs completed for them, where on their website does it refer to our name as managing their properties? Oh you're very misinformed. Being a tenant in hell with howsy, I can't even behind to tell you how difficult it's been to even get something fixed or a contractor out. I even entered the property and didn't have a functioning toilet! No one knows what their are doing there. They are sound like the same robots! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
