It's never easy selling your parent's family home for them but Bacon and Co made it so straightforward and easy whilst showing empathy to a difficult decision.
Wayne came to value the house and using his vast knowledge of the area, recommended a price higher than I had been expecting. We had a huge amount of interest and within a week we had several offers. Wayne correctly dismissed some from purchasers who could not proceed and others which were too low. On his recommendation, I accepted an offer very close to the asking price from the buyer in the best position.
I was astounded at how straightforward the sale was. Wayne kept me up in the loop with regular updates and before we knew it, contracts were exchanged without a hitch. The sale completed today less than 2 months after the offer was accepted.
Wayne and his team were nothing but professional, polite and friendly throughout the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an experienced and honest estate agent in the Worthing area.
