Almost 2 years with a broken buzzer in the building and Islington Properties does nothing about it.

An emergency exit broke in the garage as well, nothing has been done.

Completely unprofessional company that is basically stealing our money, as they charge quite a lot for ‘maintenance’.

Laughable.

i guess like everyone my issue is the fees one still pays when the tenant doesn't change, this however, is the way the market currently works
