We have used James Pendleton for the past ten years in tenancy administration for two flats that my wife and I own. In that time, they have provided a highly professional service, taking much of the worry of tenancy issues, so we don’t have to. A special thanks to Brooke Darwood for her recent work in organising a tricky bathroom repair under tight timelines and also to Hana Winklerova for her ever efficient financial reporting.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken.
If you remain dissatisfied with the results of this investigation then you should write to our Directors who will continue the investigation and a written statement will be sent to you expressing James Pendleton Estate Agents final view. This final letter will also confirm that, if you are still dissatisfied, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Property Ombudsman for a formal review.
