I was totally shocked to read the previous review of this company. Lynn Thompson manages the complex where I live which is probably one of the biggest in Southport. In my experience they have always been friendly, honest and extremely professional and provide a service which goes well beyond what you would expect from a managing agent. The accounts are available to any Leaseholder who wishes to see them. I know for a fact they are audited every year by Toppings a well respected accountancy service who have been in Southport for many years. I believe this would make any suggestion of non transparency of accounts very difficult to believe. If you are looking for a managing agent in Southport, look no further.
