I bought my dream home using Sophie Barnett and as a Mortgage Broker I deal with agent’s day in and day out, always had grief from other agents but none from Starkey and Brown.
I have also dealt with Sophie & Anita in a professional capacity, and she has always been helpful with myself and my clients.
I was with a client today and they had S&B to value and market the house, they only has positive comments to say about the gentlemen that came around.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
