I accepted the deposit return after Ascend finally admitted to some of their lies and mistakes and reduced the deductions. I only accepted at this stage because I saw no way of receiving a fair amount, based on their embarrassing manipulative behaviour.
Only 20% of the contents of my emails were answered up until last week were a senior employee got involved to finally clean up Ascend's mess. And even she failed to respond to all my points, ignoring how Ascend made offers of reducing the deductions without the permission of the landlord who was furious with them. Ascend have acted disgracefully and continue to do so by how they lie in their response to reviews, not only on this platform.
Nothing I stated in the review was incorrect, thanks for confirming how low Ascend's bar is for their tenants.
