Selling a property is a stressful experience but Ive felt lucky to have had Pedder looking after the process - Alex in particular has been excellent - he always provided very useful advice, especially when the process became a bit bumpy - this calmness and clear-sightedness is an essential attribute because as the seller, you are so embedded in the details (and eager not to lose your buyer), it can be difficult to identify a way forward that will appeal to all parties. Alex & his colleagues have all been consistently professional and responsive and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Brockley team.
