Having had experiences with estate agents that frankly have been horrific and more recently with a family members property where the agent was less than honest and boarder line corrupt, we weren’t looking forward to having to wade through the BS just to sell our house.
We had a number of agents round and then we met Phil.
Phil was a breath of fresh air. His professionalism and honesty were clear from the outset. Phil suggested a few strategies to sell the property and gave good feedback on any changes that could be made to improve the prospect of selling.
His advertising of the property and photographs were great and we accepted an offer within 48hours.
Phil was outstanding with communication on progress and would raise concern when required.
Our first sale fell through and when we went back on the market we went back to Phil without question.
Having accepted a second offer Phil has always been on hand to facilitate communication in the short chain. We have had a nightmare battle to secure our new build home and Phil has gone above and beyond to do everything possible to help us through.
In summary our experience with Phil has been outstanding and one that we would recommend to others. Honest, very well organised, great communication, experienced and knows what he’s doing, trust worthy, takes a personal approach.
