Initially I was advised to sell the property using the online auction route but given the circumstances of the sale this proved unsuitable. Following withdrawal from the auction the staff at the Wollaton branch couldn’t have been more helpful. Claire Dack in particular was a great support and very contactable throughout every stage of the process until completion. Her positivity was contagious and helped me through times when everything seemed to be going wrong.
