Bought our first house with Up Estates, after having a few fall through. Out of all of the agents we have dealt with Up Estates were by far the best. Regular communication, no need to chase things up, always promptly responded to emails, pleasant and professional. They also recommended a great solicitor and mortgage advisor. 100% would recommend and look to use Up Estates again.
