From the initial contact organising a viewing, right up to now arranging the moving in date, I have nothing but good things to say about Park Row. They have been easily reachable, friendly, and very helpful when we have had any questions/requests.
For example, we are needing to move out of our current rented accommodation before being able to move in to the property we are buying. Nicola from Park Row, Selby, went out of her way to contact the seller and ask about us being able to move our things in to the garage for the few weeks before we can officially move in. This was a massive weight off our minds and was organised by Nicola very speedily.

Because Park Row open 7 days a week and until 8pm Mon-Thurs, it makes speaking with us much easier.
Most people are busy and don’t get home until other estate agents have closed.
We often have clients telling us how easier it is to deal with Park Row because of our availability.
As you’ve experienced, we also have a Progression Department that can help take a lot of pressure from our clients.
Like in your case, we often have to help solve issues our buyers and sellers can come across.
