I got in touch with Pedder on the recommendation of a friend who'd used them to sell her house across the street from mine. Living overseas meant I needed an Estate Agent who was going to be proactive and engaged.
The valuation they sent through was the most professional of the estate agents I contacted, they helped get me in touch with a company to stage the house, helped find comp properties from 2015 for capital gains tax purposes... essentially they were my partner in selling the house.
I worked with Natasha and Cansu, both of whom were professional and helpful throughout.
I'm glad I got the recommendation from my friend and I would recommend Pedder to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Sydenham area.
