I recently sold my rental property which has meant that I will nolonger use Brookdale for the management services, however if I were to let a property out again, I would without hesitation go back to Brookdale. My property has been managed by Brookdale since 2015. I have known very little about being a landlord but the whole team at Brookdale have been extremely helpful, ensuring I stay legal and compliant. As a management company they are focused on providing a fair and reasonable service to landlords and tenants alike. I was a previously a tenant in a property that Brookdale managed and I was extremely impressed with attention to detail. As a result of this, I was confident that my property would be looked after at all times. They have a close network of skilled trades that can resolve any property related issue. I had a situation where I was being messed about by British Gas - Brookdale liaised with British Gas, the tenants and in the end, their qualified engineer replaced the boiler. The team is very strong, professional and very approachable. Nothing is to much trouble for the team at Brookdale. Their focus to provide the best letting/management experience is clearly evident. Whether you are a tenant or a landlord, I would highly recommend using Brookdale Property Management Services
