As letting agents this company is the asbolute worst.
1. Each aspect of your account will be dealt with by a completely different person. So the person dealing with your certifications will not be the same person that deals with your tenants and this person will not be same person who monitors any works or repairs. I have had 16 people contact me in the space of a year, sometimes about the same matter as they don't even communicate with each other.
2. Expect nil responses to your queries. Emails will be ignored, phones will not be answered and messages will be taken but never followed up on. Even when you have arranged a specfic time for a meeting, expect a last minute note to say they can't make it or for them to just not turn up at all.
3. Expect nil accountability. Even when they know for a fact that they are at fault, and have in some cases caused you serious financial loss, they will not in any way change their approach to customer service and continue to work in their frustrating and, in my opinion, negligent ways.
EXAMPLE: My tenant wished to vacate the property. I was not informed of this. 3 MONTHS later I find out he has laid a complaint against ME for not responding in a reasonable time. In the midst of sorting this out I lost 3 months rent for which Barnard Marcus refused to take any responsiblity.
If I could give this establishment no starts I would. Trust me, save yourself a lot of pain and grief and look anywhere else for assistance with renting your property. No one at that company cares about their clients and if you get out without losing a considerable amount of money count yourself lucky.
