DO NOT USE. I have had an awful time with these estate agents. Firstly the house was in a shocking state when first arrived flies smell and broken furniture everywhere. As well as this the WiFi didn’t work for over 2 weeks which was their responsibility to check. The maintenance repairs they have bothered to do are awful and they denied doing most other works and somehow think it’s acceptable to still charge full rent.

We rented from Rivendale as students some while ago. When we moved in, the flat was not clean, cobwebs, crumbs etc. We cleaned it from top to bottom.
Promises were made regarding fixing and in some cases replacing broken furniture. These were not kept.
