This was my first time buying a property so I was a bit nervous and didn't really know what to expect. Anne was a fantastic surprise. From the first viewing to the completion date she was very helpful and kept in regular communication to keep me informed of what stage we were at and what still needed to be done. Anne also chased the housing association, seller, solicitor, and me, to keep the process moving ahead smoothly. I would definitely recommend working with Anne and would do so again without hesitation.
