Absolutely DISCUSTING vile rudeness and general unprofessional behaviour from Emily right from the start unhelpful giving looks and never called back when she was suppose to . Showing general disinterest in my documentation. Absolutely vile she was . Carol and Sam both rude . This harborne connells never ever pass your offer to the vendor, fails to email on confirmation and I had to chase up everything . I'm going with another agent . This connels is a disgrace . I wish the vendors knew how bad these greedy ungrateful agents are !!

I would say the fees are fine, but as a landlord maybe you would expect more reporting on the status of the house and is it being maintained by the renters.
