Firstly, they don't advertise the full admin fee, you get to the the payment and the fee sudenly rises to 399. You should advertise with VAT. Which all of the admin is conducted by yourself. It's disgraceful that they push you to purchase their tenancy insurance ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Hire more staff like Lori Ross who generally seem to care about tenants. Review the processes you have in place regarding the ending of a fixed term agreement. Reduce your unjustified admin charges for what is essentially non-value adding work.
