We felt they were only interested in taking our money. The reference checks were not explained to us before we went through them and where we would have comfortably passed 6 other agents we talked to but we did not pass Romans. Their fees were astronomical compared to other agents and they did not warrant these high fees except for a high tech office. If we are looking to rent passed this current property we would steer clear of Romans.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Lower fees. Be more open with referencing check criteria before parting with money.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Hire more staff like Lori Ross who generally seem to care about tenants. Review the processes you have in place regarding the ending of a fixed term agreement. Reduce your unjustified admin charges for what is essentially non-value adding work.
