We decided to rent out our property due to job relocation. After talking to a couple of letting agencies, we were impressed with all the staffs we have talked to from Martin & Co Aberdeen. Maxine carried out the initial introduction and demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the process. We were provided detailed guidance about how to register as a landlord, what certificates are required etc. Kelly from Martin & Co. facilitated a viewing. Again, very professionalism with great positive attitude accompanying the potential tenants for the viewing – explaining the local areas, the benefits of the property etc. The property was rented out the second day when it comes to the market. A dedicated property manager Juliet was assigned to look after the property, guided us to have the certificates ready, and also arranged professional cleaning and inventory check, all in a timely manner. We can see Martin & Co. Aberdeen has a great professional team with a great positive attitude throughout the process. We feel full confident that the property letting though Martin & Co. is in a safe hand!! Thank Eduardo for leading such a great team!
