I had a worst experience with your move estate agent, Romford branch. In the beginning of the process, we agreed to pay a fixed amount and an agent named Eugene got me signed the paper and mentioned about percentage fee and at the end of the conversation we agreed to pay flat fee for the transaction which he didn’t amend in the paper. I was assuming through out the process that I have to pay flat fee but end up paying more money accordingly to the contract which he didn’t amend. More surprising he never admitted that we agreed for flat charge fee and branch Manager Jamie also didn’t try to understand the whole scenario. I just felt all of them are ready to snatch your money.
In terms of the service, your move agents sits back and wait for you to chase for everything which I found it unprofessional with a client.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with them unless you get everything in writing in advance.

As a client that signs terms of business from the outset clearly, highlighting the fees (which was a percentage not fixed fee as stated), you should expect to pay and recieve an invoice for the agreed ammount. At no point throughout the transaction did you raise any concerns about the service, nor did you have any reason to. The sale completed and the property was sold as agreed, we delivered what we had agreed and expected to revieve the agreed fee, which you signed to and also had letters confirming the percentage agreed also.

Instead of keeping to the terms of the agreement which you signed, you and your solicitor chose to ignore numerous requests to pay the agreed comssion account. Therefore a deadline was set before submission to court. You then decided to respond once this deadline was set, shock! You then took it upon yourself to pay a different ammount from the invoice, made claims a different figure was agreed yet had no evidence of this and the staff member confirmed this was not the case. The submssion to the court was issued for the balance, interest and fees incurred. You decided at this point you wanted to negotiate, however we had chased the account for also most a month, payment terms 7 days and your solicitor setteles on day of completion, you chose to ignore every attempt of commnication and the court submission had already happened, so why if we are being ignored would we negotiate.

As a business when you agree fees, put in wiritng several times and also get signed terms, we do not expect to have to resort to the methods, however despite numerous attempts of speak to you and your so called professional soliciotors, you chose to ignore this.

People that have no attention of paying agreed fees should have a review and come with a warning, this way other business's know what they are getting involved in from the outset, therefore your review is somewhat laughable, however can also detrimental to us a business, so i truely wish karma catches up with you and we hope that anyone that you know doesnt use us incase they are like you also.

Can i ask that you leave a review for the correct office as this is detrimental to the incorrect business, Please direct your response to the Chadwell Heath branch and that particular member of staff that works in that office. We are independent owned and run and that staff member does not work for this organisation. ...
