We've just sold our home with Warrens and I couldn't praise them enough! At the begining of our selling journey, we had a number of local agents round to value the property and talk us through their strategy; not only did Warren and Stu live up to our expectations, but their advice and reccomendations came with no jargon, no arrogant "look how good we are", and plenty of honesty about what we should expect as vendors.
The photos and property listing we're excellent. Stuart took plenty of time to make sure everything was perfect and you could really tell he valued attention to detial.
The valuation turned out to be spot on and, as promised, Warren delivered us a fully booked day of viewings, all with suitable and proceedable buyers. This led to multple offers after only 5 days on the market and us comfortable securing and accepting an offer above our asking price.
Throughout the rest of the process, the communication from Warren and Stuart was brillitant, ensuring everybody was informed and relaxed and things proceeded. I honestly couldn't fault the way our sale was handled.
I would reccomend Warrens to anybody looking for an honest agend that delivers on their word.
