Christopher Edwards Estate Agents Review
So we decided to move house and faced the age old dilemma of whether to sell and then look - who does that? Or find a house and go to market keenly priced In the hope we sell before we miss out……
Cue Christopher Edwards Estate Agents, I apologise in advance if this review appears as though they cut and pasted it, however we did so much better than I expected I'm unable to tell it any differently.
Firstly the selling price suggested was 8% higher than the average given by others, and we achieved it in under 1 week with a buyer in hand if our first failed to meet the conditions required. This ensured we could do everything we wanted with our new home instead of penny pinching and making do…..
Second - comms through the process were incredibly thorough including updating us and liaising with us and chasing conveyancers / agents above and below us which at times was loathsome. This meant I didn't have to spend hours of my life wondering what on earth was happening with the sale and having to get involved in the process….
Thirdly fees 1%! That's the clincher all of the above and value for money. Chris and his team never put a foot wrong it was a 6 star performance from beginning to end. Clearly some agents are far better than most and I have found this to be the case with Christopher Edwards - don't snooze on employing them to do the same for you…..
