We could not have been happier to have selected Hancock's to act on the sale of our property. Throughout the process Phil was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was always happy to speak to us and explain processes when required.
Getting an offer on the property was quick and painless, and we received an offer at asking price, which many other agents thought would not be achievable. The conveyancing process had several delays due to solicitors and Help to Buy, and a lot of stress, but Phil constantly ensured that it was as smooth as possible, liaising with buyers, solicitors and estate agents when required to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Overall we couldn't have asked for anything more from Phil and would not hesitate to use Hancock's again in future.
