Bacon and co sold my Dads property for my brother and I after his death.
We don't live locally to my Dads property, and being remote we were really well supported by the team at Bacon and co throughout the whole process. Bacon priced the property appropriately to the area which they knew well, they had excellent market knowledge, suggested a suitable sales approach given Covid and managed viewing's in a really helpful way, keeping us informed of visits and feedback from potential buyers. My Dads Estate was in probate and they handled that situation with both us and the buyer, as they did the whole process though to sale.
They are a professional firm, offering a warm and personal approach, we had excellent communication, useful guidance and a good result, we enjoyed the quality of customer care. Thanks to all at Bacon and Co.
