After returning back to Aberdeen from a very tiresome journey (both flights got delayed four times), I had come back to the flat to find that my boiler and gas were not working. Unfortunately for me, it was close to midnight when I managed to get back. As I did not have anyone to come and help, I wrote an email to the branch explaining my difficulties and reaching out to them. Just 20 minutes after the branch had opened, I received a phone call from Kevin. I explained to him the situation and my own attempts at trying to make sense of what had happened. After our conversation, he immediately arranged for an engineer to get in touch with me. The services that were used were almost as quick in calling me to find out more about the issue and arranging a time to come over. Today's quick action from Kevin and the services used by Martin and Co, have put me once again at ease that they are genuine and reliable in any matter, small or big.
