Dear Rachel, further to your initial offer which was immediately reported to our vendor client we advised that we were in receipt of several offers. Over 14 viewings had taken place within 3 days of the property being placed on the open market. The facts were communicated when we spoke. The property was quoted as Guide Price £750,000, the term 'Guide' meant that with significant interest ( as confirmed to you ) it was highly likely that several offers would be received.
