We sold our existing house and bought our new house through Benjamin's and were very pleased with the whole process, particularly the experience of selling our existing house.

We had a first visit to assess the house, and later they came to take pictures, of which the quality of the photos was excellent. The care and attention taken to get the best photos for online was brilliant and I do believe Benjamin's present the best online. I feel they are more modern than some of their competitors.

The marketing for the house was great and they arranged all appointments into one open day and it resulted in numerous offers over the asking price. The first offer fell through and they quickly got the 2nd highest offer back on the phone and agreed.

For buying our new house they were quick to pass the bid on and kept lines of communication open. We had our first offer accepted so there wasn't much else to do at this end apart from arrange a second visit to have a look in the daylight!

Overall, we came away from the experience extremely happy. I would definitely recommend Benjamin's to anyone looking to sell (and indeed buy).
