Cansu was successful in securing us a buyer after just 2 visits!! She suceeded where others had failed, and that includes 2 previous estate agencies we were with directly before signing up with Pedder
I was impressed by her genuine sales approach and professionalism, and she responded to our emails even when she was on leave!!
Throughout an elongated process Cansu was knowledgeable and supportive, went above & beyond, and always had a solution. She helped to bring calm & sanity back when things started going a little out of control.
Overall not sure another agent would have been so calm and assured and tolerate me and my husbands's expectations and we appreciate very much that the end result was us securing our beautiful new home.
