They are liars.
They show apartments without letting tenants know, saying they called and didn’t get a reply. They call a wrong number, even though I had been renting from them for the past 8 years.
Liars and sly agents. Be aware, there are many better agencies in London.

As you know a message arranging the viewing was left on the wrong number so was not received by you and, although you were out and your neighbour was home when the viewing took place we have previously spoken and fully apologized for this. To make amends and to help you we attended to accommodate your check out cleaners at 7am in the morning. We had understood this put matters right and are sorry this appears not to be the case. We wish you well for the future.

Comment on agent fees
Do not use this agent. Arrogant, Rude and Over Priced, I thought that Foxtons took the award for having the snobbiest rudest staff with the most extortionate fees but these guys are even worse. ‚£10,000 minimum fee? Dream On! You are not worth a third of that!.
