I am being swamped by mail addressed as The Homeowner if I selling my property which I have found very upsetting. I have contacted the Narberth Office requesting that this be stopped immediately and the answer I got was nothing to do with them but head office. I asked to register a complaint and was told they would send me a form still waiting for the form which is now over a week ago which is poor service.

We are really sorry you are upset by receiving our correspondence, when you spoke to our colleague she explained that the mailers you were receiving were being sent via our head office and that she would arrange for your address to be marked so you do not receive any more. We did ask for them to contact you with details of how to register a complaint with them and can only apologise further if you are yet to receive anything.
