My two friends and I moved into our flat at the end of August 2021, and we love living here. Our landlord Rimon and his colleague Tanbin have been very helpful. The previous tenants left some appliances (eg. the dishwasher, the hoover) out of order, and Rimon switched them out with brand new, high-quality replacements for us soon after we moved in. We were struggling with the firmness of the mattresses, and Rimon very kindly replaced them for us as a gesture of goodwill. At the start of our tenancy, we were dealing with a very personal and traumatic situation, and when we shared it with Rimon and Tanbin, they handled what they could on their end with sensitivity and kindness. Tanbin is our first point of contact for any issues we encounter, and he is always approachable and friendly. Having said that, we haven’t really had any issues with this flat, and if we do Rimon and Tanbin are there to help. I would definitely recommend them. We have really made a home out of their lovely flat and will stay here for as long as we can.

I lived in 15 Indescon Square flat 203 for 3 years between 2015-2018. The flat itself was in excellent condition and the team at 1st Capital Homes was extremley helpful when it came to flat maintenance and other forms of assistance. During our time whenever there was a problem the team was extremley responsive and eager to help where they could.
