AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
I have been discriminated against for being a black student. When you show interest in a property at first the agents are very nice and respond promptly, once they get your money no more responses from them. I made an offer on a property and paid holding deposit as soon as the agent sent me a video of the flat, the offer was accepted and a move in date was confirmed. We arranged a face to face viewing and from that moment his attitude towards me changed. The day before move in date he informed me I would be receiving my tenancy agreement then changed and told that the landlord needed to do some repairs and would take approximately 2 weeks, he advised me to take an airbnb in the meantime which I did. 6 weeks down the line after several attempts for updates the branch manager informed me that the landlord did not want to rent to us even though we earn more than the minimum anual salary requested and our credit score is good. Not only my time was wasted but a lot of stress was added which caused complications with my sister pregnancy.
Be careful with this company they will waste your time and leave you homeless at the end.
