Currently in the process of selling with Connells. Accepted an offer on 16th March with a first-time buyer ("it'll be much simpler, quicker, etc etc") We weren't informed that the buyers bank had taken TWO MONTHS to send back their survey results - then had to accept a down valued offer (survey had downvalued the property by 20k). Paperwork sent back with the wrong price on it. Every time I call to chase I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. Im told they're chasing but have zero faith that's happening. From reading other reviews on here about Connells Rugby being "all talk", I completely agree. We're now locked into this hugely frustrating situation where we are completely reliant on them chasing our buyers bank. Hugely frustrating and unnecessarily slow process. I would not use Connells again - they clearly do not care one iota about their customer experience.

I marketed my property with Connells based on the service provided to a friend by their partner agency Atkinson Stilgoe in Kenilworth. The service from the Rugby office has been shoddy at best and take my advice..avoid them at all costs!...

Please, under no circumstances buy a property with Connells. They are appallingly unprofessional. The branch manager is nothing more than a child. If you use them you will be gazumped, as all they care about is profit....
