I just bought my first home through Pedder, and I could not have been happier with my agent, Cansu, and what she did for me as a first time buyer. From the first viewing, through making and getting an offer accepted, then eventually closing a rather slow moving chain, to finally completing 5 months later, Cansu has been incredibly kind, supportive, proactive and very insightful. In fact, as an individual buyer and a woman, having someone like Cansu help throughout the process made a tremendous difference to my overall experience, ensuring it all went as smooth and stress-free as possible. 5/5 would recommend!
Based on that interaction, I would also definitely consider using Pedder again in the future, when I'm ready to sell and look for my next home.
