The staff are friendly but that's it. Process is awful. They didn't even give me a chance to fix any problems to avoid deductions to my deposit. Town rentals used a third party company to inspect the property. The majority of the report was dust related. Town rentals then proceeded to hire a cleaner at a cost of £150+. However, when I moved in we had issues with the bathroom sink and kitchen sink which we had to repair at our own cost. We also had an oven at the property that wasn't part of the of inventory, uncleaned with bits of food still in there. We had to clean the oven or remove it from the property.
Due to the way things were handled, I would recommend using a different letting agency.

We completely appreciate your comments but unfortunately we cannot complete final checks in the way you had requested. The final check of the property notes the final condition and it is completed upon return of all the keys to the property. If we allowed tenants to hold on to keys, then they could go into the property after the check out is completed and do anything to it. We trust this makes sense.
