Absolute piss take. They expect full employment history, salary, pension details, contact details, information on current rent, emergency contact details, personal information (incl. nationality), full details of current landlord and current property BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO VIEW A PROPERTY. This has to be repeated for every tenant. I am very happy to fill in a few details about myself before a viewing but filling out all this information is extremely time-consuming. On top of that, it's totally unnecessary at this stage, I haven't even arranged a viewing yet! Bunch of cowboys.
