I was luckily recommended by a friend to ask Edwards Moore to sell my mom's house. After many months of upset and stress I needed someone to take the hard work off my shoulders.
I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without this wonderful team of people. From the outset, Scott looked after the realistic valuation, Sian answered the phone in a professional manner and ensured my call was put through to the correct person. Hannah & another guy ( sorry can't remember your name) looked after the viewings and last, but certainly not least , wonderful Catherine who looked after the sale.If I left a message she got back to me the same day, kept me informed of the situation throughout, supported me in moments of sadness,went way above my expectations.
If you want a true valuation with professional, EXCELLENT customer service please keep these guys busy, I can't find the words to praise them enough!.
