Absolutely horrendous - essentially rogue agents. Do not seem to understand the concept of 'we are giving in our notice' and demand two months - rubbish. They all need a lesson in property law!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Accepted our months notice like any other decent agent would!

Unfortunately, it's first come first served. So if someone from an earlier visit put a deposit down for the property then unfortunately the others for that day and afterwards will be cancelled. Would you rather have been shown round a property that's taken or have the viewing cancelled and be aware that someone has put a deposit down. I think id prefer the latter. Interestingly I used to rent with them and the flat was near MediaCity UK - my bathroom and kitchen looked exactly the same! My neighbours' too and their place was managed by the same agency. Amanda ignored me for over 5 months - even their "emergency" number was useless. AVOID AVOID AVOID ...
