Very poor service. Was only interested in renting my flat out when I wanted to sell. Tried to convince me an offer of £25K below what my house was worth was a good one-really? It was from a property developer whom I believe he was in cahoots with. Never had any offers after I turned it down. He convinced me that getting a tenant in was my best option and so spent money to have the place looking really nice but after seeing how fantastic my flat had become I really didn’t want a tenant going in there and running it down again. How can I sell it with a tenant in there? When I said I was going with another agent and that I didn’t want to use him anymore he still had my property listed on his website. I’m currently chasing him for money that’s meant to be paid back to me and it’s one excuse after the other (really frustrating). I should never have used S John Homes in the first place.

After you informing me of your money difficulties I mentioned again I could rent the property at £975pcm You decided to opt for this and I I informed you that you should of had an 18th Edition electrical cert and a gas certificate under the current tenancy, I confirmed you of the cost and I engaged an Electrician and Gas Safe you kindly sent the monies. The electrician failed the certificate on a few issues and the Gas engineer couldn't complete due no gas supply due to arrears of £150 at this point you were angry and said stop, my accounts dept asked you several times for your bank details to refund monies and some 3 weeks later you sent them to me via text that I had missed whilst on Holiday this has now been refunded. You further text me to say hold on all viewings as you had undertaken a refurb. We had and still have a lady very interested and wanted to view now the works had been completed and now they have you had informed me your fiance has decided to take over your property and has other agents offering a valuation and we were to continue on a multi agency and then the following day you informed me to disengage my services. We are sorry not to of been any further help in selling your property and wish you all the success
