What can I say! I first chose Thompson's after 3 different estate agents came to value my property in the beginning of the sales process. Abi stood out by a country mile! Thompson's were so much more advanced than the other estate agents who seemed to be very traditional in their ways and processes.
Abi has clearly adapted to modern times/technology and it show's in her marketing strategies/photographs/social media and general processes and approach to customer service.
Then the sales process began - Abi went above and beyond; not only is she very professional but she's extremely personable and just an all-round lovely human to deal with.
She has great knowledge of the industry & local area. Any questions I had were answered in a more than timely manner. Abi put so much care & attention in to the sale and my property that I felt completely at ease.
I cannot recommend Thompson's enough - an absolute pleasure to deal with!
Above & beyond & beyond some more!!! You're bloody brilliant, Abi!
