Had an amazing experience with Ben & the team. From the very first viewing and messages, Ben was both professional but also super friendly. Nothing was ever too much and however busy he was, he never gave anything but 100% of his time and attention. I live outside of Bristol and was dreading finding new tenants but Ben, Aaron & James worked amazingly well together, and the team were great at keeping me up to date with developments every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble either and Ben seems to work around the clock to make sure that the landlords get the best service and this is what I feel I got!
They also have some great contacts so were able to arrange for photographs of the property (which were absolutely amazing!), arranged for keys to be cut, new smoke alarms to be fitted and inventories to be completed, all at really competitive prices.
Thank you to you all, the whole process went so smoothly and I am so grateful. Will definitely be working with you all again and certainly recommending you!
