An absolute joke of a company, there is no one point of contact depending on what the issue is financial, property management, general information, legal agreements and none of them talk to each other. Whilst branch managers try their best they are working with one hand tied behind their back as head office are letting them down. It's all about the money not the people, they do not respond to queries without chasing, will not admit to their mistakes, and take forever to even answer the phone. This is a small company that has grown too big to handle the business they offer - there needs to be a massive overhaul of how they operate.
